Therapist Lisa sits thoughtfully in a wood-trimmed counseling chair bathed in soft morning light, with warm gray walls, a glowing desk lamp, and real books on shelves behind her.

"She remembers what you said three sessions ago, and she'll tell you the truth: this takes time, and she's not going anywhere."

Who you'll be sitting with

The opposite of a rotating clinic door

Lisa has spent more than twelve years sitting with people the system tends to rush through. She works with the messy overlap of ADHD and addiction, the part most programs miss. She remembers what you said three sessions ago, and she'll tell you the truth: this takes time, and she's not going anywhere.

In their own words

Five stars, fourteen times over

"He has told me numerous times that Lisa was the first person who made him feel like he was heard and not a burden for having his thoughts and feelings. She helped him navigate as an adult what ADHD looks like and how to manage it without substances... I have 12 years clean and am living a happy and productive life now, thanks to Lisa's help. I am forever grateful to her."

Honest answers

Questions you might be holding

I've been through rehab and programs before. How is this different?

This isn't a program with a schedule that ends. It's one-on-one work with the same counselor, week after week. Lisa learns your specific story and stays with it for the long haul.

Do you work with ADHD and addiction together?

Yes. That combination is Lisa's specialty. The impulsivity and focus struggles of ADHD make recovery harder, and most programs treat them separately. Here they get handled together.

I was court-referred. Do you do that paperwork?

Yes. Lisa handles documentation for court and family requirements directly. Bring whatever you've been asked to provide and she'll sort out the rest.

What's a first session actually like?

You'll sit in a quiet room with real light and a cup of coffee. No clipboards full of judgment. Lisa asks questions, listens, and you decide together what comes next.

How long will I need to come?

There's no set finish line. Some people stay for months, others longer. Lisa is honest that real stability takes time, and she's in it with you for as long as you need.
